After its paper version which already knew a wide success in terms of broadcasting and promotion on both national and international scales, here is the electronic version which comes to reveal the new document published by the Sfax Chamber of commerce and industry via Internet.

It is a good opportunity to boost the promotional campaign of this guide which represents a reference document that can be very useful for storekeepers, industrialists, exporters as well as big economic institutions inside and outside the country. For, it retraces the economic potential of the Sfax region as the second economic pole of the country and includes a directory of its exporters .

The economic importance of Sfax is illustrated in the guide through studies focusing on various sectors such as food-processing industry, energy, textile and clothing, olive oil, the sector of leather and shoes, fishing and organic farming.

The large-scale distribution of this guide through the electronic version is all the more important as it offers an extra chance to the exporting companies and by the way the not yet registered exporters are invited to take advantage of this occasion as soon as possible.

In addition to this electronic distribution, like the 5 thousand copies published in French language, 2 thousand copies in English language are now in the phase of printing. Besides three thousand CD-ROM, which will include both versions, will be broadcasted in the coming period.

The distribution campaign of the guide began more than five months ago during the the chamber participation the West African Forum of Companies Development "AFRICALLIA" held from 18 till 23 May 2010 in Ouagadougou. The CCIS has accomplished, since that time, a series of promotion actions through the various business missions which it organized as well as in diverse communication supports such as its Web sites, its economic bulletin, its promotional e-mails and its press releases.
